This event is Seattle’s premier culinary showcase and takes place February 20-22, 2020. Three distinct events showcase the best the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
We kick off with Comfort, a smorgasbord of the ultimate feel-good foods + crafty brews. Treat yourself to mac & cheese, fried chicken, burgers, sweets, beer, cider, and more. Then, dress to impress on Friday at our signature event – Pop! Bubbles + Seafood – featuring the Pacific Northwest’s bounty of seafood and the chance to sample a variety of bubbles and wines. Finally, round out the weekend on Saturday at the Grand Tasting; a deluxe showcase for wine, beverage, food and lifestyle in the Pacific Northwest. Exciting event attractions include artisan food producers, sensory experiences, education and more.
